It is clear that when Archer accepts a mechanical piping and plumbing job, they accept all the responsibility that goes with it. Archer Mechanical was initially brought on board to perform the services for the Core and Shell phase of the MOB. It was clearly demonstrated early on that from your quality craftsmanship, team approach and quick turnaround process, your team was the best fit to move forward on the build out of the tenant spaces.

The Archer Mechanical Site Superintendent, Corey Walton consistently demonstrated professionalism, positive attitude and provided the right information at the right time, all with a team mentality. The professionalism demonstrated was truly appreciated.

We’ve partnered with Archer Mechanical on the MTC project. This project included 3 six story buildings totaling just over 540,000 sf of space. In addition, it included a 168,000 sf parking garage with a large underground mechanical tunnel and high temp vault. This was a very difficult project both from schedule, as well as logistically. Through clear communication, commitment, and accountability, Archer Mechanical was able to finish this project on schedule, and with the highest quality of systems installed.

I have had the pleasure of working with Archer Mechanical on several projects. Archer mechanical is great to work with. They are always looking out for the client’s best interest and construct the best system possible.

Not only is Archer Mechanical a great contractor, but they also prove to be a great collaborative force during design and their input is always welcome. Budget, time-line, and quality are always the highest priority. They are great at providing feedback on piping, materials, equipment manufacturer, constructability, and most importantly serviceability.

In addition to providing excellent contractor services, Archer has demonstrated a bulldog mentality when tuning and commissioning the final product. They are always keen to make sure that the systems have been set-up and commissioned as designed prior to turning over the final product to the owner.

I am pleased to recommend Archer Mechanical for wet mechanical work. I have been privileged to work with Archer Mechanical on a number of my commercial projects. I have used Archer over the past three years as a wet side mechanical resource to complete many types of midsize projects with complicated retrofit applications. They have been very responsive, professional, and efficient in the bid process as well as the construction process. I have found Archer Mechanical be vert proactive in the approach to projects and view them as a partner in the success of my projects.

During the design assist and Preconstruction phase they were very proactive in their efforts to stay engaged in the design process. They were thorough in their documentation of the recommendations they provided. They kept the team informed on the budget and offered many options that helped us maintain the budget.
