Archer Mechanical was initially brought on board to perform the services for the Core and Shell phase of the MOB. We’ve partnered with Archer Mechanical on the MTC project. This project included 3 six story buildings totaling just over 540,000 sf of space. In addition, it included a 168,000 sf parking garage with a large underground mechanical tunnel and high temp vault. This was a very difficult project both from schedule, as well as logistically. Through clear communication, commitment, and accountability, Archer Mechanical was able to finish this project on schedule, and with the highest quality of systems installed.

Not only is Archer Mechanical a great contractor, but they also prove to be a great collaborative force during design and their input is always welcome. Budget, time-line, and quality are always the highest priority. They are great at providing feedback on piping, materials, equipment manufacturer, constructability, and most importantly serviceability.

In addition to providing excellent contractor services, Archer has demonstrated a bulldog mentality when tuning and commissioning the final product.
